We started using Global Mailing to post our mailshots in April 2010 after using Royal Mail services since our company began in 1996. It was initially on a trial period after which they provided us with a breakdown of their costs against what it would have cost us if we have sent through Royal Mail so that we could see the savings made. Since that first trial we have never looked back and have been immensely pleased with the service that we have received. They feel very much like a “family” run business as we ourselves are often called. Everyone from the collecting staff to the office staff are so friendly, helpful and extremely professional and there is no way we would go back to using Royal Mail. The Oxford and Cambridge Club have been using Global Mailing's franking services for 8 years now. Global Mailing have in the last year or so taken on our UK mailings, which saves staff having to frank nearly 3,000 pieces of post per mailing and negates the need for a separate collection from the Royal Mail.
